A week later, they called me and said the car was actually not under warranty, and that I would need to pay almost $4,000 to get it fixed. I told them I wasn’t willing to spend that much money on the repair, so they said they would charge me a $450 fee instead. Then I asked them to put the car back together so I could come pick it up. But when I got the car back, I noticed that the check engine light and other warning lights were on, even though there were no warning lights at all when I first brought the car in. I went back to talk to them about it, and they told me, “Since you didn’t have the repair done here, that’s just how it is.” It was a really bad experience. I hope others don’t go there to buy a car or get repairs done. More
