Overall experience was ok. I forgot a couple things from my trade in car and they shipped them back to me quickly. Sale and negotiation for trade in was sketchy. Did not appreciate the $1,500 they try to charge for a paint protection you never asked for. The rest was negotiation tactics that are typical but absolutely not customer friendly. So far very happy with the car though. More

Polite, personable, anxious to please personnel. Facilities good. Comments on service to follow after more experience. Good selection of cars.
