Hi! Tks for response! Bought the car got home brakes squeaked! Took back! Service said brakes were put on backwards?? Took home still squeaked! Got better pads put on and rotors polished ! Car was out of alignment had to. get that done! Rear strut is worn out! Callled your service Norm said the 4000 mile warranty doesn’t cover it because that is normal wear and tear! xx! only had put on 200 miles since bought so that wear and tear was there before! I also had to replace two tire sensors!The tires that were put on are worn some and have terrible road noise!! And the salesman told me when bought it was completely checked over! Also the CD player does not work correct!!I am very disappointed and thinking is trying to sell it! Paul C Michaelis I had to pay for all this!!! I was lied too and am going to try and sell it in future!

I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Ford Expedition Limited from Dorsch Ford East. I was so impressed with the Chuck Doute Sr.'s knowledge and demonstration of all the vehicles features, options and electronic from Dorsch Ford East. I was so impressed with the Chuck Doute Sr.'s knowledge and demonstration of all the vehicles features, options and electronics during the sales process. This was by far my best car buying experience. Not only did Chuck pay particular attention to the needs of our family, but he took the time to make sure we were satisfied before, during and after the sale. Before we took the vehicle home from the lot he spent the time to help us setup all of the electronics user preferences and apps. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend Dorsch Ford East. Just ask for Chuck and you'll be taken care of!! More
