Over the last few years, the service department has taken a giant step back when it comes to quality of service or diagnosis. For something as simple as checking a part replaced no more than three months pri a giant step back when it comes to quality of service or diagnosis. For something as simple as checking a part replaced no more than three months prior - only to charge for cleaning that part that was installed without explaining the issue. To then finding out the same part is defective again after only a year replacement seems that the service department is either doing the minimum work in order to get more work in the future or is simply doing the least to get by without keeping the customer in mind. More
