I had asked since I walked into the dealership, that I wanted to finance the truck thru the same credit union I was using for the 2019 Yukon Denali that I traded-in. I had a 3.5% rate with Space Coast Credit Union. My work credit union is offering right now 4.5% with my excellent credit rating for a 72 months new car loan. Yet Luis, the financial clerk, set me up with GM Financial at 10.5% and told me that I could refinance in 4 months with anyone else if I wanted to lower my rate. This is very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service to say the least. I had driven from Miami to Orlando to get the truck, and was in no position, if I wanted to get the truck, to refuse.
