I set an appointment with Angel over the phone. When my wife arrived to drop off the vehicle there was no record of the appointment and the part had not been ordered. When she expressed frustration When my wife arrived to drop off the vehicle there was no record of the appointment and the part had not been ordered. When she expressed frustration with the lack of follow through, the tech stated, “I see you are frustrated, would you like a cookie.” That was an incredibly condescending and sexist comment. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow through but am angry my wife was addressed in this manner. More
