Purchased a 2013 Black Ford Escape on Tuesday 12-18-18 I was looking on the internet for a ford escape for my daughter. I happened to be find one at Cooper Chevrolet Buick. When I called the number I tal I was looking on the internet for a ford escape for my daughter. I happened to be find one at Cooper Chevrolet Buick. When I called the number I talked with Angie and she said she would get a salesman to call me back in a couple of minutes. Less than 2 minutes later, Justin called me. I had been looking for a vehicle for my daughter since the week of Thanksgiving. Justin was hands down the best salesman I had talked with. He was funny, personable, and truly valued my business. The purchasing process from the time we called Angie, drove from Birmingham to Anniston, test drove the car, and then signed the paperwork took only 2 1/2 hours!! The whole experience was very pleasant and painless. It was the first time I purchased a vehicle and had zero buyer's remorse!! My daughter already has sent a snap chat of her new car to all her friends in Birmingham and at Auburn University. She is very happy and so am I. Thanks Justin!
