Purchased 2025 Silverado 2500HD Duamax sight unseen. Apparently Simi Valley Chevrolet doesn't have a secure portal to upload sensitive information to. In order to secure the sale I had to take pictures Apparently Simi Valley Chevrolet doesn't have a secure portal to upload sensitive information to. In order to secure the sale I had to take pictures of my information and send it to what I assume was my salesman Gabe's personal cell phone! Not good. Spoke with financial assistant Ryan, then I was handed off to Chris (who did an excellent job answering questions during and after hours) When the day came for me to pickup the Silverado, I informed Gabe at approximately 9 AM of my ETA of 11 AM, replied with see you soon. Arrived at 11:30 AM only to find out my salesman Gabe wasn't there and that I couldn't see the Silverado I haven't see yet because it was just pulled back to be washed. Great timing guys! I believe it was salesman Jose who greeted us and also informed me my financial advisor Chris nor Ryan were there. He asked us to wait, I'm guessing about 8 minutes later he returned. At this point we were escorted to yet another financial advisor. This individual came across as being put out, inconvenienced- heck of an attitude to have for Simi Valley Chevrolet getting ready to receive about $80000 in checks. I tried to remain in high spirits as this was my very first purchase of a brand new vehicle for myself. Jose remained professional and courteous throughout even though my attitude was slipping. Here's the kicker - it's been over a week since I took delivery of the Silverado, no one, not a soul from Simi Valley Chevrolet has called to congratulate me or see how things are going ‐ Gabe, as my salesman that's your responsibility. I did here from Don with the service department, sorry Don not a chance. The only people who congratulated me were individuals from Felix Chevrolet in LA whom I had also been working with. Kudos to you! In closing, my father sold GM vehicles his entire adult life. I remember him leaving the house at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week, to accommodate a client or close a deal. Needless to say, but I'm very disappointed in how Simi Valley Chevrolet chose to handle this sale, Regardless, I absolutely enjoy my new Silverado, thank you GM. Brian More

1. Booked appt from an Service Offer sent to me w $20 discount, which was not applied. 2. A carburater cleaning was suggested to me and the final workorder stated I requested the service which zi did no discount, which was not applied. 2. I m assuming there is a minimal amount of honesty working with the dealer, but am realizing this us a buyer beware business. Only a $300 lesson More
