I drove 70 miles each direction because of the way these folks have always treated me; like family rather than a client. The reason for this visit was multiple my Hyundai Santa Fe needed an oil change. I n folks have always treated me; like family rather than a client. I needed a transmission service it needed its tires rotated and a warranty item corrected but most of all I was hit by a stray object in the front of my vehicle by a semi while driving on the 10 freeway and I needed to get this repaired when I arrived I met with Anthony Couter who promptly got everything estimated and brought in his body shop manager Nic Pelligrino. They whipped up the estimates quickly and I dropped off my unit with them to begin the repair process not only did they get everything finished in the time that they said they would, but they also completed all the work for less than what they quoted in the quote was very reasonable. Let me also emphasize something that’s very important and that is the level of communication that I received both from Anthony and from Nic during the whole process while they were servicing repairing and taking care of my ; the experience was above and beyond what I expected. I’ve bought many cars from this group and had them serviced and drive this distance because of the way that they take care of me and my family I refer them often and if you need more information about why I do what I do with these folks you’re welcome to reach out to me personally thank you again Anthony and Nic, you guys are amazing!
