Everyone was nice as pie, had to go back after 3 hours waiting, went back Sat morning, another 3 hours. Bought a vehicle, after waiting and trying to figure out a deal for the correct one. The managers got involved and everything. (After reading 20 bait and switch complaints, maybe this wasn;t an honest mistake???) "Part of our deal" was to get some caliper covers taken off our trade in and put on the new vehicle. After the managers saying sure Monday morning is perfect, my wife calls Monday morning and nobody knows anything about it. They say ok bring it in within the hour and we'll get it done in 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours go by we call and they say "the mechanic who does that job isn't in. Call and it should be done by 4." Call at 4, it's not done, they are too busy and they'll give us a loner which is a huge inconvenience due to my wife's work schedule. After some manager comes on the phone and tells me its raining out while he is pissing on my leg and says its not going to be ready. He's rude talking over me and I get rude. A minute later the phone rings, its our Service advisor and says the car is ready after Bulls****ing us ALL day!!! What kind of dealership is this, now I guess the car was worked on all day (who knows) but now its done. ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE OR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT THIS PLACE. Update: The salesman for our vehicle, Joe, calls me on Thursday morning basically asking me what's the problem? The calipers got changed right? Yes, after jerking us around all day and my wife not being able to do what shewas supposed to on her day off due to their unbelievable incompetence. Basically a 5 STAR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. So today is day 10 of our sale and our trade has not been paid off yet. Just keeps on getting better. More
