After Anthony had helped us thoroughly and very clearly, which was great, the finance officer kept us waiting for 3 hours, then added unwanted items which raised the cost, continued high-pressure sales when which was great, the finance officer kept us waiting for 3 hours, then added unwanted items which raised the cost, continued high-pressure sales when I said a hard no, and apparently needed 20 minutes to remove the unwanted and costly extras.
