I already spoke with your service manager — who admitted there were issues but still refused to help. After paying over $4,600 and waiting seven weeks, my transmission failed within hours of pickup, and I was told I’d have to pay another $3,400 for a second repair. I was told to have it removed from Lake Ford and towed back to my house, and it’s now sitting in my driveway completely inoperable. If this is how your team handles customers, I genuinely hope the owner is aware — because it’s unacceptable. If you need to reach me.
