I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Anthony Surface. All my life I have served my customers whether in retail stores, restaurants and currently here at Mercedes Benz Of The Woodlands. I take pride in my work ethic and an the little things that other won’t do. I am a family man with a wife and 2 kids and I have instilled in them that if you work hard your rewards will come. The most important thing to me is to break down the stereo types of people who work in the automotive sales industry. My job is to welcome you and answer any questions you may have to make a sound decision never feeling like you are being rushed and pressured. I was raised here is Houston and appreciate the hospitality that is town offers. That is truly how I want to treat every single person that walks into the dealership . I am patience and never pre- judge anyone . I hope you will call on me to serve you.

Ok but not Soon Enough Salesman was great and finance was great, just that the car was not ready for me to drive away the day I sign everything. There was some car part miss Salesman was great and finance was great, just that the car was not ready for me to drive away the day I sign everything. There was some car part missing. And it wasn't done the day the part arrived. Was really excited to drive away, but that didn't happen. I got a loner car home. And it's said that the salesman will be delivering my car tommorow. Hopefully at least it'll be till tomorrow. Even though it's a used car. I was robbed off the chance to drive my new car off the lot. Didn't like that. But oh well. I Expected more from Mercedes Benz is all . I might be smiling in this pic, but I wasn't sure why exactly he was taking it. Until it was done. Laugh out Loud. More

Mercedes does it right Went in for a car wash and ended up with a new car. Working with Anthony and Arturo was really easy and a very nice experience. Not just a "dealer" but a unique car buying experience. My wife and I primarily worked with Anthony Surface in sales and Arturo Gutierrez in finance with amazing service attitudes! Although, the whole staff was friendly as well and we will definitely continue to purchase with Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands in the future. Everything was completely straight forward and there were no hidden costs in our contract.. not like other horror stories that you hear about. The service and vehicle prices are not even as high as we thought. We recommend that everyone at least give them a shot, if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
