Wife brought car in for service for the first time ever, I have always brought it I before. This time the car developed a rattle in the front end that wasn't there before an oil change. I'm convinced these I have always brought it I before. This time the car developed a rattle in the front end that wasn't there before an oil change. I'm convinced these people damaged the bushings in the front end so they could repair them. They also wanted an hour diagnostic time to reset a light on the dash and a Google search showed me how to do it in about 5 minutes. Be wary of this service department. I wrote the GM and never received a response when this incident initially happened. More
