1) They promised a free detailing if we filled out a review, then refused to provide it because we didn't give them a perfect score. 2) A month after they did front end repair, they tried to tell my review, then refused to provide it because we didn't give them a perfect score. 2) A month after they did front end repair, they tried to tell my wife she needed a front end alignment. When I pointed out they had just rebuilt the front end and the alignment problem must be theirs, it magically went away and has not come up in subsequent services. 3) They use trash AI slop advertisements on YouTube that don't even pronounce Peltier right.
