That included a test drive, cleaning, and paperwork completion. It helped that we came in knowing what we wanted and already having finance paperwork submitted to speed up the process. Additionally, they answered all our questions and explained the paperwork with ease. My husband and I were concerned that we would be losing another 3+ hours of our lives to all of the back and forth nonsense that other dealerships have put us through in the past.
