We just bought a new Crosstrek, and the process was about as smooth as could be. Tony on the sales staff was courteous and accommodating. There was no pressure or smoke and mirrors. We walked away happy, got a deal we felt good about, and got a great car, so we don't hesitate at all to recommend them highly. More
