I had a recall on my Jeep recently. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Ariel, my handler, was thorough and explained all the details o I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Went in for alignment,recall, and front collision light being on again. Alignment and recall went fine. I go to pay and they try to charge me 250 dollars to reset the sensor . Nothing wrong with sensor jus being on again. Alignment and recall went fine. I go to pay and they try to charge me 250 dollars to reset the sensor . Nothing wrong with sensor just hook computer up and reset eensor is my guess. Didnt charge me last time at 30,000 miles . Now at 40,000 miles Never was told it would cost that much.They told me alignment cost called me when they said parking break switch was broke and what that would cost. Said no to that . Nothing about an obvious software issue. Never would have had it done. So I refused to pay that part. The man Arial the service person was extremely rude kept saying I was yelling when I wasn't. That I kept interrupting him wich I was just trying to having a conversation with him and he didn't like what I was saying. I bought a jeep 4000 dollar extended warranty. that I paid even more for , to cover all the electronics. Then sends me to service manager he and I dont see it the same way and he throws me out and says they dont want low quality people there and refuses to let me pay for the alignment. He tells me Never to come back and he's putting me in the system. This happened on 01/08/2026 at 4:00. 2 people that are Extremely unprofessional in the service department. Lisa was very nice though. Finally got around to fixing the parking break. Guess what was wrong with it? When they hooked up computer theypulled the plug out below the parking break switch. When they put it back they jammed it back in and jammed the switch. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars for a switch they messed up. This is a bad dealer More
