My husband and I went to Halleen KIA just looking for a more dependable vehicle because our youngest daughter was hospitalize at the Cleveland Clinic and we did a lot of higway driving. Arnoldo took care of us right a way without pressure and let us look around and help us find a vehicle just right for us. Everything was handled the same day. The Service Department has been EXCEPTIONAL!! Any time I need to get my car in for service they have been more than accomodating. I have no problem getting Saturday appointments and if I have to work, I let them know and they get me serviced and out of there in time. The Service Staff informs me of needed services and also informs me of current specials. Recently I lost my coupon book for oil changes and they still took care me and gave me a number to call to hopefully get it replaced. My daughter will be looking for a vehicle this summer and we will be bringing her to Halleen, who knows maybe we will find something too. More

Our slaes rep, Alrnaldo, was very nice, warm and welcoming. Arnaldo was not a pushy sales rep, he was down to earth. We had no intentions of buying a car that day and were leaning towards pre-owed cars. Because of Arnaldo and the great deal that KIA was able to give us this experience led us to looking from used cars-to buying a new car; that same day! Since April 2010, i had two vehicles that were at the end of their lease. I needed a new vehicle in April and one in August. I do not have good credit at all. Since then... i have been to, no exaggeration, 3 of their lease. I needed a new vehicle in April and one in August. I do not have good credit at all. Since then... i have been to, no exaggeration, 30+ dealerships looking for vehicles to fit my budget and vehicles that i felt were safe and reliable to put my son in. The only dealership that met my needs both times, 4 months apart, was Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. Every person on the staff was very friendly and delightful to work with. The best part of my experience was my Salesman. His name is Arnaldo Rivera and he is awesome!!!! This is a man that i learned in our conversation that he had recently lost a loved one in his family. He still had the same smile and professionalism that he did the first time we visited him. Amazing!!! On my second purchase, his shift ended at 6:00 pm and he left at 9:45 pm once our sale was complete. I can only assume that all of the Salesmen are the same. I WILL ALWAYS go to Halleen Kia first from this point on when i am looking for a vehicle. I WILL ALWAYS ask for Arnaldo Rivera to be my Salesman. My wife and I went to Halleen Kia after a very bad experience with Spitzer Kia. We had already looked at several vehicles, including the Kia Sorento and knew that were like it the best. However, based on our experience with Spitzer, we were considering changing which vehicle we wanted. But, we decided to give Halleen Kia a chance before we abandoned the idea of getting a Kia. We needed a vehicle immediately upon moving to the area because we had left ours in Canada prior to our move. Right from the get-go, the staff at Halleen Kia was very helpful and jumped on the chance to help me. After I explained our bad experience, they were even more considerate of taking the appropriate approach. Since my wife had not yet arrived in the Cleveland area, Arnaldo worked with me and was very knowledgeable about my options and gave us options for how we could stay in the price range we wanted. I had done considerable research prior to going to the dealership so I knew approximately where the numbers should fall and Arnaldo and the Sales Manager, Matt, worked hard to help us get there. Before my wife even got in town, we had negotiated what I felt was a very fair price for our lease so when she got there the process of buying it was relatively simple. They even went above and beyond to find us the colors that we wanted, despite the lack of availability in the area. I would highly recommend Halleen Kia to those interested in buying, even if it means driving an extra 20 minutes to avoid a bad experience with other dealerships like Spitzer. More

Halleen was able to give me the car that I was dreaming of at the same price as I was paying for the vehicle I traded in, which was extremely satifying to me since I was only going into the dealership to test drive and see if this opportunity was even possible. I usually take a good amount of time to make a decision as big as this one, but Arnaldo and Halleen took all the skeptisicm away and put me in the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay without compromising my finances. Arnaldo went above and beyond to help me secure my new vehicle. When Halleen didn't have exactly what I wanted, Arnaldo contacted another dealership-in Pennsylvania-to find my new truck.
