Our salesperson Arthur Kloack was fantastic a perfect gentleman no high pressure sales tactics just gave us breathing room to look around the showroom told us when we were ready to just call him. We looked at a few different models and Arthur answered all our questions about each model I was impressed with how much knowledge he has about all the different models of cars that were in the showroom. Once we made our purchase Arthur took the time to show us how to use all the different features in the car and when we were finished he gave us his business card and told us if I had any questions about the car not to hesitate to either call him or go see him in person. Since our purchase of the car Arthur has phoned me numerous times to ask me how the car is and if there was anything else he could do for me or if I had any other questions a true gentleman. The vehicle produces an intermittent hum, similar to blowing across the top of a bottle, at highway speeds. This was not evident during the test drive. When I called the salesperson to ask about it, he stated that he also heard that sound when he was driving the car up for delivery. He had made no mention of it any point during the delivery. He then continued to justify it by stating another vehicle he delivered had the same issue, so it must be normal (it's definitely not). The dealership has not made any offer to correct the issue... So now I'm on the clock to get it fixed before the warranty expires. This dealership clearly does not care about the customer once they have the money. Be warned that they use fillers to hide scratches and paint defects on the vehicle, so be cautious about that. After a few washes, this filler will disappear and you will see the true condition of the paint. My vehicle had scratches on almost every square inch and holograms caused by improper use of a rotary buffer, all of which were hidden in the showroom by the paint fillers. I will need to spend hundreds in paint correction to fix this. I know I did not cause the scratches because I'm extremely careful in washing my vehicles... I only use microfiber wash mitts (replaced after each wash) and microfiber drying towels (also replaced after each wash), never an automatic car wash. When filling out the CSI survey, I tried my best to be fair and honest (in spite of not having that courtesy extended to me)... and minutes after filling out the survey I received a voicemail AND email trying to guilt me for my response. I would like to think that someone who just gave you $30,000 would deserve a little better... but apparently that's the way it goes at Flagship Motorcars. In spite of all this, I would have considered returning to the dealership for my next purchase... but after discovering the paint issue that definitely will not happen. This just was not a positive experience. More

In a simple word, I can say that I had the most incredible car-buying experience at the Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. I never ever had such enjoyable car-buying experience in all my life. My sales Rep. Arthur was awesome, very knowledgeable, very polite and very assuring. The test-driving was great and the price was right on target. Justin from the Finance department was just as awesome as Arthur; he pretty much explained everything to me, gentle man to the core. As a matter of fact, the whole team was definitely awesome. I would definitely recommend a friend without any iota of doubt. What an awesome experience and I look forward to doing more business in the future with them More

Always a pleasant experience I've purchased several Mercedes from Flagship and continue going back. My first experience was with Ken Julian, and because of him, he's one of the reasons I've kept coming back. Arthur I knew from HC Cadillac and he's been my salesperson a couple of times prior, and was very happy to have him again when I purchased my CLA. Grace and Al make bringing in my car for servicing a pleasure, and always have the answers when needed. I recently met Paul McDaniels and found him to be just as nice, friendly and courteous and look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Everyone I've dealt with at Flagship make purchasing a vehicle from them a pleasure. They don't forget you after your purchase and move on - they make a point to also go out of their way to say hello when they see you should you need to bring your vehicle in for servicing.
