Best price - saved $6,000! I shop online when I need to buy a new car using a well known price service. Springfield BMW was one of two local dealers willing to give an on line I shop online when I need to buy a new car using a well known price service. Springfield BMW was one of two local dealers willing to give an on line price. I visited A competitor in Morristown first, but didn't think they offered me a fair price on my trade in. I went to Springfield, and what a difference! The trade in was valued $2000 more and the exact same car (identical options) was $4,000 less! Springfield BMW saved me $6000! The location is small for the size of the dealership. Their "lot" is a three story building rather than acres of parked vehicles. Showroom is new and clean. My salesman, Art Youman, was professional and didn't play games with price or trade in value. I'd absolutely expect Springfield to give you the best deal in the area. More

Art made sure that we got everything that we wanted in our X3 and also suggested us to go for a custom made vehicle when he did not have a vehicle that matched our exact requirements. The vehicle was built and delivered to us in exactly 4 weeks as he told us! Very easy to work with and upfront in all the numbers and no tricks/last minute surprises! This will be my 5th BMW lease, experience with all the tri-state dealerships and this was the quickest and smoothest buying process I've had. It was a pleasure to work with Art and I appreciate him being direct to the point offering me the best deal available, no haggling, no wasting time. I'm generally very detail oriented and meticulous when it comes to numbers and he wasted no time explaining and reviewing it with me. That's how you earn a customer for life. If anyone is going to lease or purchase a new car I highly recommend seeing him. More

Such a pleasure dealing with Art Youman! I just picked up a 2017 340i (lease) on 3/21 from Art. Art is the internet sales manager who responded my online query. He is very straight forward an I just picked up a 2017 340i (lease) on 3/21 from Art. Art is the internet sales manager who responded my online query. He is very straight forward and the whole process is painless. At no point I got any pressure from Art and I haven't seen any of the common "tricks". All negotiations are done via several emails, and Art is able to agree to my deals where no other dealer could. I only stopped by the dealership to sign the paperwork. I was out in 2-2.5 hours including going through the BMW genius feature presentation. The financial manager Wayne is also very kind and reasonable, while he presented several additional "protection" to purchase, he was not pushing at all. Overall experience 10/10. Highly recommended! More

Why bother? I leased a 2016 BMW from this dealer in July. I made a previous review about the horrible service I got from the service department for simply having I leased a 2016 BMW from this dealer in July. I made a previous review about the horrible service I got from the service department for simply having them put on my license plates. The young valets that worked there were so unprofessional and rushed me in and out like I was a bother. They were rude and told me they had washed the car but it was filthy. Which I was told I could get it washed anytime. Now 6 months later my BMW with only 3,000 miles started giving me issues. The seatbelt warning came on but no one was in the seat, the clock kept telling me to set the time, the back up camera screen turned red and the wheel and engine lights came on. When I called this dealership I was transferred 3 times on hold for 23 minutes and when I finally got a person on the phone she wasn't the most pleasant. When I leased the car I was made all these false promises that if the car needed service they would pick it up and drop off a loaner. Well I was told they had no loaners and I had to wait. So basically it was okay to drive it with the engine light on. I was so angry so I called Open Road BMW in Edison. They told me to bring the car right away. They took it in and gave me a loaner right on the spot no problem. They told me not to worry about any fees because at 3,000 miles the engine light should not be on. They diagnosed the car and turned out it needed an instrument cluster which should have been replaced previous to me buying it. Although Open Road had my car for approximately 13 days they kept me informed. When I picked the car up it looked like the day I purchased it. It was spotless inside and out. Each employee was professional and pleasant and I would recommend them to all my friends. I will purchase/ lease my next vehicle from Open Road. I can tell you I will never visit Springfield BMW for service or a sale again. They are horrible. The only good part of Springfield BMW was my salesman Art Youman. He was excellent and should think of switching dealers. He was friendly and professional and I'm sad to even have to put him in this review but it is no reflection on him. More

What a celebrity treatment! I do truly appreciate the service that was offered to me while I was there earlier this week to buy my new 5 Series 535 xi. It was a pleasure to work Art Youman who helped me from the get go to downselect the car I needed, pricing worked like a charm as he was able to meet my expectation w/o any haggling as usually happens in car buying and then finally got the car ready and delivered in time. It was also great to work with their Finance Manager, Charlie Gossner to complete the transaction. He made me understand the paperwork in easy terms w/o any push to buy any additional services which honestly made me comfortable all the time. I am ardent fan of BMW and have had several lease accounts with BMW in the past 12 years with other dealerships in the area but this was my best experience of all. Actually, this time, it was a quite a trip as I drove way north but I am glad that it was well worth! T More

Dealer was good...Service department horrible I purchased a vehicle from Art who was fantastic and I do love the vehicle. He made my experience so comfortable and everything went smooth. However I waited over 3 weeks for my plates until I contacted the dealer. I then received an email Sunday 8/13 when my temporary expired on 8/14. I drove to the dealer to pick them up and was told to pull into service for them to install the plates and get a car wash which is a free service. When they brought my car back it had a mark on the hood and looked like it was not washed. I told them about the mark that was not there when I came in. The valets who look like teenagers huddled in a group there just looked annoyed like I was bothering them. They again took my car and removed the spot but my car was filthy. The service department seems to be staffed with arrogant teen boys and girls. I am not looking forward to my next appointment and I would never recommend this place to a friend. No wonder the car washes are free, they don't wash it they just tell you they did. I felt very disgusted when I pulled away. Not the way I felt after dealing with Art. That day I left extremely happy, excited & satisfied!! More

Honest, transparent, and will treat you like gold I have stepped into many dealerships but only this one is where I'll make the long drive to return should I decide on a new BMW. They are all polite but Art Youman who helped me after Bryant Bustamante spoke to me before. Art is a no nonsense salesman who will advocate for his customers and listen to their needs and concerns. I would never buy another BMW froM anyone but this dealer and Art. Art is that embodiment of an honest and hard working salesma. More
