Terrible experience, would not recommend. We live in Vegas and were interested in a van listed on their site. They sent us a “detailed” video that looked great. We paid a $1,500 deposit, g We live in Vegas and were interested in a van listed on their site. They sent us a “detailed” video that looked great. We paid a $1,500 deposit, got approved for financing, and drove 5 hours the next day to pick it up. When we arrived, we immediately noticed the side of the van had been damaged, repaired, and repainted because the paint didn’t match. The salesperson agreed it looked like prior damage, even though the Carfax showed no accidents. The sales manager admitted that’s “why it’s priced low,” yet this was never disclosed to us or listed online. During the test drive, a dash sensor light was on and the passenger door wouldn’t open from the inside — all on a van they claimed had been “inspected.” Frustrated, we left the van there for them to send to Mercedes for repairs. Almost 2 weeks passed with zero proactive communication from the dealership, we had to chase every update. When they finally said it was ready, my husband booked a flight, sent them the info, and was told they’d pick him up from the airport. They didn’t — he had to Uber. This dealership has poor communication, questionable transparency, and no urgency for their customers. We will never buy from them and don’t recommend anyone else does either. More
