Ozzie, the finance manager, did a great job helping me understand the value of protecting my vehicle beyond the warranty, including the oil change package, battery replacement, and GAP coverage. Carrie also helped me understand the benefits of protecting my paint, underbody, and interior, which ultimately led me to choose almost all of the add-ons. At every step, I felt informed — never pressured — and truly supported by the entire team.
