Lithia Ford came to my house to service my 2024 F350 and our 2023 Explorer., we were expecting oil changes and tire rotations. The have F350 he wasn’t even able to complete the tire rotation as he said the wheels would not come off I would most likely have to take it to Les Schwab. I find it poor service not to inform us ahead of time when the appointment was made of the cost of the tire rotation. I contacted Ford corporate. They told me that as listed on their webpage that their mobile service has complementary tire rotation., I called the dealership themselves. She said she was sorry but did not offer any kind of refund or discount. But what should I expect? We only paid $154,000 for this pair of vehicle. With the F350 I have the maintenance and service plan you would think I can get a free tire rotation for the cost of those plans. Being in Montana the Ford dealerships, kinda have you at a disadvantage as they are very spread out. Just something to think about if you’re planning on great service you may not find it with Lithia Ford Missoula. More
