I would like to say dealing with Taylor has been extremely welcoming . You always hear horror stories about dealerships and I myself have had a bad experience elsewhere, but with that being said Tay extremely welcoming . You always hear horror stories about dealerships and I myself have had a bad experience elsewhere, but with that being said Taylor and Robbie have ALWAYS treated me great, professional and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of. I have had a few Warranty issues with my new Ram and they have always bent over backwards to try and get the issue resolved quickly and smoothly. My Wife and I have purchased several new vehicles from Savage 61 and I can tell you they treat you fairly. We go nowhere else for service on our Ram and Jeep Cherokee. Robert(aka Peanut) is a great guy to make your purchase with. No pressure up front , knows his inventory, all the while being totally honest. I would recommend the dealership to family and friends and have numerous times. Thank You Taylor and your team for always going above and beyond. It definitely does not go unnoticed. More

Last year we bought from another Chrysler dealership up Route 61, and let’s just say they should be Outten of the Chrysler family altogether. They sold us a vehicle with issues, which happens, but what sho Route 61, and let’s just say they should be Outten of the Chrysler family altogether. They sold us a vehicle with issues, which happens, but what shouldn’t happen is denying it for two months straight while I had a newborn at home. That is time I will never get back. So this year, when I started thinking about replacing my truck, I wanted the complete opposite experience. I talked to Taylor in service at Savage 61, who calmly walked me through what I could expect from the new Rams and their reliability. That conversation alone gave me confidence to take the next step. Then I met Jeremy, who from the first handshake understood what mattered most to me. I told him that time is the most valuable thing I have, and he truly took that to heart. He respected my time, my family, and my schedule from the start. He handled everything with care and precision, arranging to move both my trade-in and the new truck exactly when and where I needed them. Right as I was ready to finalize the purchase, my wife had to fly down to Houston. I thought the timing would make it impossible. Jeremy had other plans. He came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, had all the paperwork ready, and got me in and out so efficiently that I was able to put my little one down for a nap, buy a truck, and be home when he woke up. That is service at its finest. Brandon in finance was just as outstanding. He explained everything clearly, worked through the numbers with me side by side, and made sure I understood every detail before signing. No games, no rush, just professionalism and respect. From start to finish, Savage 61 treated me like family. They valued my time, my trust, and my business. I even had the chance to take the family out in the new truck that same day. After the experience I had last year, this felt like redemption. I once said I would keep my old truck forever just to avoid another buying process. After this experience, I can honestly say the team at Savage 61 changed that completely to the point I even feel bad mentioning my previous experience as they were highschool football hooligans at the best while Savage is an NFL caliber team. Jeremy, keep doing what you are doing. Your dedication to making sure every customer leaves happy is unmatched. You didn’t just sell me a truck, you reminded me what great customer service actually feels like. More
