I was interested in a car I saw on the website, and sent a message asking if it was still available. In minutes I got a message from Lisa Jo, she let me know that the car was available and sent a link to th a message asking if it was still available. In minutes I got a message from Lisa Jo, she let me know that the car was available and sent a link to the Carfax report. She was just as pleasant in person as she was through text. I came in and met Austin, and although I was nervous, he was calm and professional and answered all of my questions without pressuring me. Above all Austin, and the rest of the staff as well, were patient with me as I made my decision, and made no complaints when I asked to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. I feel peace of mind that I bought a great car, and also that I did business with good people. I am incredibly happy with my purchase. More

I bought a truck from vendor Ford in Easley SC. I purchased the truck February 1,2025. The truck quit March 28, 2925. The part is on national back order. I bought a $35,000 truck that I cannot driv I purchased the truck February 1,2025. The truck quit March 28, 2925. The part is on national back order. I bought a $35,000 truck that I cannot drive, I can only pay for it. The truck was in their shop for one week of that.Jacob Kent ( the manager) suggested that I let my truck go back and buy another one from them. Who in their right mind would make a suggestion like that very unprofessional. An absolute insult that is a big NO for me. I didn’t want anything for free. I didn’t want to trade my vehicle. I needed help. I still need help. I do not recommend Benson Ford in Easley, South Carolina. More
