Just purchased my 2nd Nissan within a year. Austin and Josh worked together to make this a most pleasant experience. I never once felt pressured and ended up with a car that I know I will enjoy for years to come. Both Austin and Josh spent a lot of time making sure that I would be happy with this purchase. When it came time to settle on a price, there was no game being played. They came in with a fair price on the new vehicle as well as a fair price on my trade in. Next came Brandon in finance, a step that I usually dread. Brandon made this as easy as possible. No pressure, just explained what was available and came in with reasonable prices for what he offered. He did not try to inflate the price with things I did not need. I will not hesitate to word with, or recommend Austin and Josh in the future. They truly made this purchase very pleasant. In addition to these gentlemen, Buttons, the detail manager, came over to explain what was being done to get the car ready for me to drive home. I never had this happen before and I thought it was very refreshing. He really wanted this vehicle to be perfect for me and also let me know that he is always there for me. I left there with not only a new vehicle, but also feeling like I have some new friends who will be there if I need them.
