I requested an oil change and tire rotation, but a 10,000 mile service was added to my service ticket without my knowledge. It said at customer request l, but I did not request that. This cost me an extra $50. What if they did that to someone who couldn’t afford the extra $50 without notice? This should not happen. If anything changes from the original service request, they should call you BEFORE doing the work. Not happy about this. More

I have traditionally purchased my tires through Costco because they provide complimentary tire rotations and balancing. Recently, I purchased four new tires and was told that Toyota provides the same serv because they provide complimentary tire rotations and balancing. Recently, I purchased four new tires and was told that Toyota provides the same service at no additional charge. During my most recent visit, which was my first tire rotation since purchasing the tires, I was surprised to find that shop fees had been added to the service. This was never explained to me when I was told that tire rotations were provided free of charge. Had I known there would be additional shop fees, I would have made a different decision regarding where to buy my tires. I would appreciate an explanation of these charges and clarification as to why the rotation was represented as complimentary when there are additional fees involved. More
