Very lack of communications when my 1st vehicle arrived. Helped me to get second vehicle but no customer satisfaction recovery. what I went through and even as customer I was upset to the roof but I kept i Helped me to get second vehicle but no customer satisfaction recovery. what I went through and even as customer I was upset to the roof but I kept it calm. If I would have screamed and made a scene would have a got better deal. But it's not me. I know some people do that and they get the most out of it. Austin is very knowledgeable person. I would give him 5 star for his personal but he was also a part of it for no communication for 1st vehicle. I had paid deposit for ordering the vehicle and they had not included in my final bill. I got the credit back after multiple ask and finally texting to general manager Don't know may be I'm wrong but it could be racial thing. I hope I get a good service when I go there.. More

Car was missing a valve stem cap and a piece to the interior, and the washer fluid was empty triggering a warning light and requiring me to stop and buy fluid to fill it up. More
