I was told I would be financing an amount trading in my vehicle but that wasn't the case when I received my loan package in the mail. When I reached out to the dealership, they said I don't recall telling vehicle but that wasn't the case when I received my loan package in the mail. When I reached out to the dealership, they said I don't recall telling you that and you signed the paperwork. So I guess taking them at there word was my fault. I would will not do anymore business with them. Very sad that people are still conducting business this way. Very unsatisfied customer. More

Contact hubler ford looking for a certain vehicle Got a return call from Jennifer asking what I was looking (Jennifer was the only pleasant thing about this dealership) Hour later I get another call abo a return call from Jennifer asking what I was looking (Jennifer was the only pleasant thing about this dealership) Hour later I get another call about the car I was looking for they didn’t have one on the lot but Austin assured me they would get one and asked to set up an appoint to look at it. Appt was 4:30-5pm. So we drop 70 miles to look at the car and more than likely purchase. We get there about 4:45 ask for Austin he comes up greets us and once to lead me out to look at and test drive the next lower version. I then asked is the car not here? He goes over to the desk assume asking his manager I heard him to have me cover the invoice/info sheet. Austin comes back I asked again is the car not here the manager from across them in his snarky attitude says it’s 500 miles away and they could get here that fast. I look at him and made it clear that I wasn’t happy about a 70 mile drive to pick up the car and it was not here! I made it clear when they called to set up appt if the car was not going to be there to let me know before I made the trip. (Of course no call) As a side note the original rep I made contact with was pulled off and given to Austin since she didn’t an appointment made as far as i am concerned she was the only one that did the right thing. A little honesty would have gone a lot farther with me. If you can the car until the next day or two that’s fine. Don’t just make an appointment because it meets some sort of quota put in place.
