This is poor service after buying a $60,000 dollar truck from there that is having problems for the second time in less than 30,000 miles. More

Austin is great to deal with and really makes an effort. The integrity of the service departments poor overall is horrible. I requested a suspension lube which was put on the paperwork as performed but The integrity of the service departments poor overall is horrible. I requested a suspension lube which was put on the paperwork as performed but I fact was not. After bringing it to their attention the truck was taken back for it. After being informed the truck was done but lower ball joints couldn’t be reached I noticed the upper control arms were not greased. These are very easy to see and very accessible. Also requested a tire rotation and I don’t believe this was performed because the two missing lug nuts weren’t notated. This service department continues to perform poorly. Rotations are regularly not performed. The service after sale here is horrible and unless it improves dramatically I won’t be a return shopper. More
