Surprisingly good experience! I have always been a little weary of large chain dealerships due to the tactics they use at times, but this time was different. Tanner met my wife an I have always been a little weary of large chain dealerships due to the tactics they use at times, but this time was different. Tanner met my wife and I on the lot while we were searching. He didn't come off overly aggressive in getting me in a new vehicle. He was laid back, he was cool, calm, and was focused on our experience first, and any questions or concerns we had next. Just for that, my wife and I sat for a good 30-45 minutes to wait for Tanner to finish with a client to ensure we were helped by him. I'm sure the entire team is great, but we would recommend Tanner every time! Andrew did a great job at explaining the different warranty coverages and packages they had to offer. Again, avoiding the overly aggressive nature you see often times at larger dealerships. He was very helpful during the process of securing the vehicle and even afterwards when I took my vehicle in for some work. Major shoutout to Joe in the service department. He has been great with being transparent, fast, and efficient with anything bumper-to-bumper. Amazing mechanic and technician. I appreciate you all. More

Just had 4200 dollars worth of work done on my truck. Got it back. Drove 30 miles. Heard a weird clunking noise on the tire. Took cap off and 2 of the luggage nuts have fallen off the tire.
