He made sure to get me top dollar for my trade, and also the maximum discounts available on the Denali. I felt like I had Bugra's undivided attention. When it came time for me to come to the dealership to take delivery of my new truck, Bugra was not available, so I was put in the good hands of a very capable sales associate, Robert Hurst. Even though this was my first time meeting Robert, I felt like I was his top priority, and had worked the deal with him from the beginning.
