She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and guided us through each step of the process with a level of confidence that made us feel completely at ease. She understood exactly what we needed and worked hard to secure the best possible deal for our family — and she succeeded! We are extremely happy with our new 2026 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid, the perfect car for this new chapter of our lives as we prepare for the arrival of our baby. Be sure to get everything in writing and even then, this dealer may not fulfill its obligations. Also beware of the lies. Our salesman, Danger, kept changing his story. First he told us that the CarDoc Conn dealer may not fulfill its obligations. Also beware of the lies. Our salesman, Danger, kept changing his story. First he told us that the CarDoc Connect service we didn't want couldn't be removed from the car and that we had to take it. Rather than lose the sale, he called to say it would be removed and we wouldn't be charged. We purchased the car and then started getting messages to activate the subscription, which is free for the first year but over $100 a year thereafter. Then Danger started texting to tell me to activate the subscription, the finance manager also got involved. I guess they both get kickbacks from the service. We also had two items that Danger and Ed agreed to repair as part of the sale and I have the "We Owe" document to prove it. They made one repair but not the second. When I pointed it out when picking up the car, I was told to have it fixed on my own and send them the bill. I did as instructed and never heard a thing. I contacted Ed three or four times and was ghosted. It was only $100 but the price isn't the point. Be careful when dealing with these guys. More
