When I arrived at AutoNation Toyota on Sahara, I was greeted by a young man named Jeremiah, whom I recognized as a former student from a previous school. I am a school teacher and have known him for man greeted by a young man named Jeremiah, whom I recognized as a former student from a previous school. I am a school teacher and have known him for many years, although I had not seen him in over two years. From the moment we connected, Jeremiah was extremely respectful, attentive, and professional, and I truly appreciated the level of care and customer service he provided during my visit. There was a misunderstanding during the process when we went to check out the vehicle, as it had not yet gone through inspection and was not ready. As a result, we were unable to test drive or purchase the car at that time. I did leave a deposit, and once the car was ready, Jeremiah went above and beyond to keep me informed, even communicating with me on his day off to provide updates. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase the vehicle because I found a better deal elsewhere, I still want to highlight and commend Jeremiah for his outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. He represented the dealership very well, and I truly appreciated my experience working with him. More

I purchased the Camry Hybrid thinking I would get the same awesome service I had gotten with the Prius, but things changed. There's a vibe in the dealership that's not quite comfortable, I think. I wasn't happy that my car hadn't been assessed after 2.5 hours, but I was pleased that William's immediate reaction to my concern about waiting overnight (or longer) for a part was to give me a loaner. THAT is something AutoNation didn't provide the last time I had to leave my car. All the Staff got me into a Tundra within 15 minutes. I was very surprised by how quickly that happened. I wasn't happy about how long it took my car to get assessed, but I was happy that the 2-3 people I encountered were kind and able to help me. I was also surprised by the final bill. I guess the part was cheaper than expected, and it took less time to install (no explanation was given). I was pleased that the savings was passed onto me. More
