After purchasing my CX 50, I had to return a few days later with a nail in my tire. The tire was not able to be plugged, I needed a new one with alignment. I bought a new Mazda CX 30, April 2025 with multiple service. Within 3 days I wanted to remove one of the add on ( Mazda Maintenance) and everything went south. Mazda Coconut Creek Dealership disregard service. Within 3 days I wanted to remove one of the add on ( Mazda Maintenance) and everything went south. Mazda Coconut Creek Dealership disregard my demand via phone call, email and tex? They even did not show up at two schedule appointment with 2 different manager!! They are sneaky and actually have really: poor customer service, lack of transparency, they ignore client who ask for explanation, have no word and I can say they are crook…Shame on them to treat people that way, maybe because I'm a single woman…. Now, I can see the true color of Mazda Coconut Creek dealership… Pretend to be white collar business but in fact they are more like the mob. Two month in and I'm still waiting to be refunded $2,300. Still ignoring my demand. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
