It was the most outstanding, professional, major purchase experience I have ever had. I asked for the best offer up front with one counter offer before Belinda shook my hand and said, "Congratulations!" I have been introduced to about 8 staff and each experience has been the same-exceptional. I also appreciated the Kayla Marquardta who went over all the special features that Chip had pointed out, a few days later. I checked with Andreas and he reported no similar complaints from the owners of other similar vehicles. So we decided to check it further and will report if we continue to experience same difficulty in future. More
