When I got there he already had one of the vehicles I had picked out Sunday night staged and ready for me to look at. I test drove that 2011 Honda Acord but ended up purchasing a different certified pre-owned Acord on the lot without any trouble or hassle. When I went in to work on the financing, PJ gave me a range of payment and term options(4) to choose from instead of haggling over terms and payment. It was the easiest, most no-pressure experience I've ever had as car buyer. When you factor in that I was able to get the payment I wanted, the warranty that comes with a certified pre-owned vehicle, VIN etched windows and the Howerton Difference, I am extremely pleased with my experience. And BTW, I've never purchased gap insurance or an extended warranty prior to this purchase. The finance manager, Felicia, who closed out my paperwork presented the different extended warranty packages in a manner that I couldn't say no. I was able to pick and choose the coverage that best fit my needs even when I didn't think I needed it going in. Overall, the best experience I have had to date. More

Every one I dealt with was professional, friendly and cared about what I needed. At one point I didn't think I would be able to make the purchase but P. J. and Randy kept running numbers until they found the perfect fit for my budget. Needless to say I was thrilled when I drove away in my new car. The employees are a definite benefit to the company, especially Ben, P. J., Randy, Sonny, Jason and Jamie. I would definitely recommend John Howerton Honda. More
