Morgan was the person who nicely set an appointment for me via phone to go and see the car. Eric, the Sales Agent, and Ben, the Sales Manager, were very apprehensive about what I was looking for and I felt very comfortable purchasing my now-owned car because of them. Eric and Benjamin's communication skills and professionalism in giving thorough information and disclosure, made me decide very quickly to purchase the car. Karine and Devine, in the Financial Department, completed work very professionally and with a great attitude. The receptionist(s) were communicating well and were empathetic.
