Excellent sales but pathetic service. After two weeks in my new (certified) car, I was charged an unacceptable $100.00 for an ‘inspection’. One thing listed was inspecting the floor mats! Didn’t even reset the clock or fill the windshield washer fluid. I’ll be contacting the G.M. (Eric) tomorrow. Pathetic at best. 😞 More

I’m quite disturbed that I paid nearly $100 dollars to have a certified car I bought 2 weeks ago to have ‘reviewed’. I will soon be contacting the leadership team. When we bought this car a few weeks ago have a certified car I bought 2 weeks ago to have ‘reviewed’. I will soon be contacting the leadership team. When we bought this car a few weeks ago Vanessa told us to bring it in if we have any issues. We purchased additional coverage for various components so I was shocked to see no oil change or tire rotation which both should be covered at no cost. Also, we’ve never had the fob battery replaced in our 2015 Lexus which has nearly 130,000 miles. Surprised our new 2025 Lexus needed the battery replaced. Any word on potentially finding our garage door opener transmitter in the 2025 Subaru Ascent Touring we traded in? Lastly, I requested G.M. Eric be consulted about a reduction on the cost of the All-Weather Floor Mats as these were included when we purchased our 2015 Certified Lexus ES 300h. Please advise at earliest opportunity. Dealer was nice and clean and the salesman was very informed and good to work with. However, we weren't told about an additional $780 in fees on top of the vehicle price, as well as the dealer policy informed and good to work with. However, we weren't told about an additional $780 in fees on top of the vehicle price, as well as the dealer policy not to accept personal checks. My bank wasn't willing to make a wire transfer over the phone, so I had to finance my pre-approved loan amount, down payment, tax, title and license. On top of this, the vehicle appeared to be clean, but was by no measure clean. It was a Lexus demo so it had close to 5,000 miles. The inside had food stains and crumbs on the console and all kinds of seeds and crumbs in-between the seats. The carpets needed vacuumed, the floormats cleaned and the windows were absolutely filthy. They also refused to change the oil citing Lexus standard maintenance interval of 10k miles. Not exactly an optimal outcome after driving 4 hours to make the purchase. More
