Posting this in hopes of sparing others the stress, awful experiences, and wasted time of dealing with this establishment. The absolute worst customer service ever experienced (from the receptionist, to the experiences, and wasted time of dealing with this establishment. The absolute worst customer service ever experienced (from the receptionist, to the service department employees, to the service department managers, to the general manager, to the service advisors)! They are rude. They are deceitful. They are dishonest. They do not follow-through on what they say they will do. They do not answer the phone 99% of the time. They do not return phone calls. They will trick you into believing something that is not true. More
