This dealership is unprofessional from the general manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me, I will never go back there again, if for some reason you end up using their service center, make sure you get receipts and pictures of your miles on your car when you drop it off, because they’ll use your car for joyrides or whatever they did with mine hundreds of miles later and denied it. Brought my Chevy truck in for warranty service to have a new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over t new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over to a Chevy dealership to have the necessary repairs completed. When the other dealership was not performing as they should Courtesy Mitsubishi did everything they could to correct the issue and worked diligently to make sure I was a happy customer. Which included many phone calls and numerous trips to the dealer. I was very happy with the effort they put into my vehicle and the constant updates and help navigating through this. More
