Purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Right Way West Branch MI. Not at all Happy, Only had it for 12 Days and very little driving done in town. Jeep overheated, blew the head gasket. When taken to Timmy Ti MI. Not at all Happy, Only had it for 12 Days and very little driving done in town. Jeep overheated, blew the head gasket. When taken to Timmy Tire, said head gasket was blown. Heard that one of the workers drove my Jeep home to Tawas, kept overnight and took back next morning. All without my permission. Came back working on changing head gasket and found out yesterday that half top of engine had to be replaced. Car is still sitting at Timmy Tire now for at least a week now. So in the mean time still sitting on a 17000 dollar Jeep that I don’t have. I didn’t authorize them to drive my jeep home I believe Right Way did of which they had no right to do. I just went to look at cars next thing I know my credit was ran without me authorizing that either. I also heard that head gasket had been replaced a year ago too. I am not happy at all. I was blamed for blowing the head gasket and that I may be responsible for that bill too. So when does that warranty come into affect. The mileage they added to this warranty of 6000 miles or 6 months should take and add on the 80 plus mileage to the warranty along with replacing that gas used for that workers joy ride to Tawas. I worked at a legit dealership and was married to a mechanic so I am not blind as to what should have been done. He knew that head gasket was blown before he took and drove my jeep to Tawas and back.The dealer should have been up front with me about the problems and I might not have purchased. After I signed the papers, they treated me Poorly when signing the papers felt rushed was more worried about me buying extras later on that night found out that they over charge me $100 per month. They did fix the problem the next day but stressed me out when purchasing the vehicle was handed the keys and I put my license plate on myself.
