I initially contacted them via the website 6 years ago and connected with Stephanie Nathanael. She was so easy to work with, mainly on the phone and via email that I came back to her and the dealership to trade up that 2019 Crosstrek to an new 2025 Crosstrek. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, responsive, flexible and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. Having had the most consistent professional service experiences at the Subaru of Kennesaw Service Center, I was certain I didn't want to give that up when it was time to upgrade my 2015 Forester. He was an absolute pleasure. He listened to what I wanted. He was personable, but professional. He took great care of my new car-buying experience. I actually went to purchase a certified pre-owned Forester, but changed my mind once Ralph showed me how I could get exactly what I wanted in a brand new Forester for not much more per month.
