I reached out to Billy via Facebook after we found out we had left something in our car that was in the service bay, and critically needed to get it on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Billy went above and beyond to help me with my Hyundai. He took the time to explain things and made me feel appreciated. My anxiety went from 100 to 0 after speaking with him.
