I came in on a Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday for an oil change and annual inspection. I got more than that, from the front desk receiving me, the mechanics returning the vehicle the same way I gave an oil change and annual inspection. I got more than that, from the front desk receiving me, the mechanics returning the vehicle the same way I gave it to them, customer ride driver checking on me, and a car sells rep. making sure all is well, He got me a free truck wash. Also the snacks, I had an out of date coupon for the oil change which I got partial credit for,I didn’t think I was going to get any credit for it. With service like this why would I go anywhere else! More

I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 last June. The purchase experience was smooth and easy. I recently got a recall notice from Dodge about a small issue with the tailgate.
