From the moment I walked into Capital City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Scott made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Scott greeted me with zero pressure, listened to exactly what I needed (heavy towing, comfortable daily driver, and a few specific options), and found the perfect truck sitting on the lot. No games, no “let me check with my manager” runaround – just straight talk and honest numbers. He was upfront about every incentive, explained the warranty options clearly, and somehow still beat the best out-of-town offer I had by a solid margin.
