My father and I bought a pre-owned car in March 2025 and after driving the car off the lot at the time of purchase, I noticed some noises coming from the front end and let Mike Miller know of it and they br after driving the car off the lot at the time of purchase, I noticed some noises coming from the front end and let Mike Miller know of it and they brought the car back into the shop and they said they had to tighten up some things and put in new clips that were missing and the clunking sound did go away but just a few days later after driving the car back to where I live in North Carolina, the noises came back and I took it to a nearby dealership and so began all the issues. Warranty work was done and the struts, engine mounts and wheel bearings were replaced then had to go back a couple days later to have an alignment performed. Not even two weeks later, it was back in the dealership because the steering rack failed and another alignment had to be be done and from then on, the Nissan Sentra we bought was in the dealership constantly to have warranty work done and the problems are still not resolved, it still makes creaking and popping noises in the front end. The dealership that performed all of the work on the car said the car was not certified even though the car we got was advertised as a certified pre-owned and on top of the power train warranty, there was the certified pre-owned warranty on the car as well but Nissan of Cape Coral refuses to make it right and resolve the problem and get us out of this car being that’s clearly unsafe and not reliable. Blake Robinson asked what he could do to make it right but he and Ignacio “nacho” are refusing to compromise in any way and resolve the problem and take responsibility for selling a car that was not certified and has had constant issues. They just want more money to be able to take the car back and trade it for something more safe and reliable. I do not ever suggest buying a pre-owned car from Nissan of Cape Coral. More

If you want to know the definition of a “snake oil salesman,” in my personal experience you only need to visit Cape Coral Nissan. Look for Aaron, Nacho, and the condescending sales manager, Blake — th salesman,” in my personal experience you only need to visit Cape Coral Nissan. Look for Aaron, Nacho, and the condescending sales manager, Blake — they were, in my opinion, the full embodiment of that term during my experience there. To suggest that after less than three months of driving this vehicle, the reason I needed new tires was somehow my fault was unbelievable. What really shocked me was that instead of taking responsibility, they tried to “make me a deal” on three new tires. How about doing the right thing and putting safe, adequate tires on a vehicle before selling it in the first place? A month ago, I even brought the car in and pointed out the missing rubber on one of the tires, only to be told it must have happened after I bought it — which I completely disagreed with. In my opinion, this dealership is a headache waiting to happen. I was actually preparing to buy a brand-new car and planned to give them my business, but after this experience, I will never spend another penny there — and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. More

🚨 WARNING: Nissan Cape Coral is a Scam 🚨 This dealership is nothing but a nest of liars, manipulators, and con-artists. My experience here was the most disgusting, predatory, and fraudulent car-b dealership is nothing but a nest of liars, manipulators, and con-artists. My experience here was the most disgusting, predatory, and fraudulent car-buying encounter I’ve ever had. The salesmen trapped me, lied to my face, and stole my vehicle right out from under me. I was told I could walk away if I didn’t like the deal—yet when I refused their outrageous $760/month payment, they literally blocked me from leaving in my own truck. One of them even had the audacity to tell me: “Oh no sir, this is no longer your truck. You have two choices, and this isn’t one of them.” Think about that: they tricked me into signing paperwork under the lie that it was “just to see if I qualified.” In reality, I unknowingly signed away my truck. They took advantage of the fact that I couldn’t read the fine print without my glasses. That’s not an accident—it’s a scam. By the end, I was forced into a truck I didn’t want, with registration paperwork that doesn’t even match the VIN of the vehicle they gave me. That’s not just shady—that’s negligence, fraud, and a total lack of integrity. This place is a den of snakes and sharks. The sales floor is full of vultures waiting to pounce, the advisors spit lies like venom, and the managers circle you like predators until you’re too cornered to fight back. ⚠️ Do not walk onto this lot. Do not trust a single word out of their mouths. Do not sign a single piece of paper. If you value your money, your sanity, or your dignity—STAY FAR AWAY from Nissan Cape Coral. They don’t care about customers. They don’t care about honesty. They only care about taking as much from you as they possibly can. This guy was terrible a smartass and a punk. I've also done a review on cape coral Nissan website do not shop here or deal with this dealership because you will regret it More
