I called around to several dealerships and checked online offers to sell our minivan. There were only two dealerships that offered significantly more than KBB, CarMax, and even the dealership where I origina offers to sell our minivan. There were only two dealerships that offered significantly more than KBB, CarMax, and even the dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle. After speaking with AWAIS on and off for more than a week, I decided to do business with him - and I'm so glad I did. From the very beginning, he was friendly, honest, genuine, and professional. He gave me the feeling that I was dealing with someone I could truly trust. What impressed me most was that even when I told him I might just list on marketplace, he remained kind, respectful, and understanding. There was never any pressure, and that level of integrity actually made me want to work with him even more. Another thing that really stood out to me was the honesty and trustworthiness of both AWAIS and the management team at Beaverton Car Company. When we realized we hadn't brought the title for our vehicle, we initially agreed to deduct the cost of a replacement title from the purchase price. They told us that if we were able to find the title and bring it in before they processed the paperwork, they would return that amount. What surprised me was that when they presented the check, they gave us the full amount anyway and simply asked that we bring it by if we find it at home. That level of trust is rare these days. They could have easily held back the cost to replace the title, but instead they chose to give us the benefit of the doubt. Fortunately, when we got home we found the title. That moment only reinforced the trust and good faith they had shown us throughout the process. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. AWAIS even gave me a ride home after purchasing our vehicle, which gave me the chance to get to know him on a more personal level. It only reinforced my first impression of him. AWAIS is passionate, knowledgeable, authentic, and genuinely cares about people. In a world where customer service can often feel transactional, he made the experience feel personal. His kindness, integrity, and professionalism are qualities that will undoubtedly take him far in life and in his career. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from AWAIS and the team at Beaverton Car Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell! More

Horrible experience! !! If I could give zero stars, I would. This would describe this nightmare and the customer service this company has. Beaverton Car Company, Sold me !! Beaverton Car Company, Sold me a car for 18k that had a accident on record from carfax but they promised it was fixed and like brand new. Said only minor damages, airbag not deployed... so sad now I trusted them and agreed to it at end with taking 2k off original price of 20k. This purchase was around 6/2025. They finally agreed to take 2k off because I pointed out some outside damage seen that was fixed poorly, painting job was off color on back passenger side and back passenger door didnt close good.. Car alignment blew tires 10 months later, tire place did alignment said so horribly fix, can tell from hit on passager back side. Dealer promised good trade in, fail. Gave me 6k 10 months later due to damage on passanger back side! Three times less then they sold it. Promised good warrenty, fail. Won't even schedule appt 2 months later or call back. Sold me a car that put my family unsafe by letting it drive off lot knowing what damage it had underneath. Shouldn't even be a approved operational dealership. More
