I had a problem after having an oil replacement tire rotation in additional fluids replaced requiring a tow back to the dealership. I used the roadside assistance. that comes with the oil change. They had my car back to me and fixed the next business day. I even used their free shuttle to get back to the dealership to retrieve my car. I have to stay out of all the dealerships that I used across the United States, this one has been the best for all that they offer and their service. Zak had a smile on his face when he served me, the master mechanic looked at my car, and the service manager is the one that test drove it afterwards. And there was no charge! That was the best part. More

I want to personally thank Four Stars Nissan of Denton for the professionalism and care they showed while addressing my concerns regarding my vehicle repairs. Blake and Kelly, both members of the manageme for the professionalism and care they showed while addressing my concerns regarding my vehicle repairs. Blake and Kelly, both members of the management team, took the time to personally follow up with me to ensure everything was handled properly and that I had a positive experience. Their willingness to listen, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and make sure I felt confident about the repairs truly stood out. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in providing quality service. I am absolutely satisfied with the follow-up and overall experience. I recently brought my vehicle to Four Stars Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and when I arrived, the ser oil change and tire rotation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and when I arrived, the service team was friendly, professional, and very efficient with check-in. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner without any unnecessary upselling or pressure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. What really stood out was the level of professionalism and transparency from the service department. Everything was clearly explained, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and respect for my time. I would highly recommend Four Stars Nissan Service to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient vehicle maintenance. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs. More

***Update*** This morning on October 30th, I had a conference call with some of the management team, and they’re going to make this right, over and above right. They are working hard for me and are over accommodating which is rare in the automotive industry. My situation appears to be an anomaly, and I couldn’t be more relieved that they’re standing behind their product and will take great care of me. By all means, PURCHASE A VEHICLE from them as they have just proven that they will take care of their customers AFTER the sale to maintain a positive relationship. ————— I purchased a preowned 2020 Mercedes GLE350 from the dealership. The purchase process was good, however, the car not so much. I was assured that this vehicle received a thorough inspection prior to sale, but it’s obvious that this “inspection” was not as thorough as we had thought. The rear shocks are bad, the motor mounts and transmission mounts were bad. Additionally, I bought the extended warranty, which was the closest thing to “bumper-to-bumper” you can get. After many rounds with the extended warranty company, the warranty company would only cover the motor mounts, and not the transition mount. Also, the warranty company will only cover one rear shock. The warranty company will only pay approximately five hours of labor, the actual labor for these repairs is approximately 18 hours. This leaves me out of pocket approximately $4,000 in repairs. This vehicle should’ve been sent to auction versus being placed for sale on their lot. I understand the risk of buying it “as is” vehicle, I also understand that I bought a European vehicle in which repairs are expensive. This is why I purchased the best extended warranty policy they offered. I believe these issues should’ve been caught once a vehicle came in on trade and PRIOR to being listed for sale. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a preowned vehicle. I would recommend you do your research on your own warranty company if you take the risk of buying a preowned vehicle from this dealership. More
